I think when it comes to real estate the best way to save is through saving on realtors commission when selling your property. If your buying why not try a new revolutionary system that helps you get a rebate of any property you buy!!!

…. Would I have to have money being deposited into my account again for like a year or something before I would be approved for a mortgage?

AND say I was buying an expensive home, would that matter too?

Thanks to whoever can answer this for me! :-)

QUESTION: Up until now I have had bad credit (I stopped paying my Capital One card because they were screwing me around) I regret not paying them, but anyways, it happened. I’ve also never owned a home, and I haven’t had any money deposited into my bank account for over 3 years or so because I was worried my paycheck would be garnished.. soon I will be making a fair bit of money, and I want to buy a home now, pay off my credit card and whatnot. There’s program for first time homebuyers with 3.5% down, not excellent credit score. The best way is to get pre-approved first by a lender.

Yes, working with someone who trust does the magic. Michael Aning of Turnkey Mortgage Solutions came highly recommended, and still surpassed our expectations. He carefully explained the whole process, made sure we were in a loan we could afford, and got us a fantastic rate.

You must read the new nonfiction e-book called “I Would Rather Have Root Canal Once a Week for the Rest of My Life Than Ever Buy a House Again.” True story. Just $1.85 on Amazon.com. Type in the first 9 words or so and the book will come up. Anyone who has ever bought a house–or is thinking about it–should read this book.

If you think that your income is going to double in 10 years then you can buy a house and get a loan for improvements. If your income stays the same or go down your screwed and they don’t care.Only buy a house if you can sell it quick for a profit of 40% otherwise you will get stuck with debt and they don’t care.

Bank owned properties can be a very good purchase decision for investors that are willing to hold on to the properties until the market rebounds. Renting the properties while waiting creates positive cash flow on top of a return on investment.
