It’s about the same as elsewhere, but not as bad as some other CA cities like LA. Prices have gone down about 25% from all time highs and sales have slowed to a crawl. Meanwhile rents are going up. But our economy is diversified and people still want to move here so as soon as the general economy improves we will be in good shape.
